In the late 90's, Beaches from the North came in more popular. Pagudpod, Pangasinan, La Union, Olongapo, Zambales and other beaches up North is now on top of every one's summer list (or maybe just mine). And just when I almost forget how wonderful the beaches in Batangas were, developers never gave up to explore and enhance the place. Thanks to the good advertisement from The Fuego Group ( as I call it - Funta Fuego, Terrazas de Punta Fuego ), Lago de Oro, Canyon Cove, The Balai's ( I collectively called those resort with Balai's in their name) and Acuatico Resort - to name a few, The beaches in Batangas came back to it's rightful spot.
Just Recently, we decided to welcome summer 2010 in Canyon Cove Beach Club in Nasugbu.
Canyon Cove is one of the membership club located in this past of Batangas.

Continue going straight until you reach barangay Wawa and just at that marker you will see on your left side the entrance to Canyon Cove.

Let me compare the 2 most popular Beach club/residential resort in the area.
For me, beach in Canyon Cove is better than that of Fuego's. The sand is finer and water is cleaner , but for the ambiance and facilities - shower room, resort interior and pool, my vote goes to Fuego.
I just hate it when my camera fails to capture picture perfect moments... =(
The center pool . It's like 3 pools that are interconnecting
Cabanas surrounding the pool area
I love the exclusivity of the place, indeed a good place to relax and unwind
