A jaunt to Tagaytay

As a kid, I've always known Tagaytay as place to go horse back riddingand sunday picnic. As I grow older, it came in to be a place for overlooking gimmick place and beer bong area. Now, it still rhe same old everything except that I see more to it - a place of good food, haven of relaxation ( it got numerous spa and healty food ) and peaceful sanctuaries wherein you can meditate and appreciate life's blessings.

One of the places in Tgaytay I would recommnd to freinds is Caleruega. For me it's not just a place or worship but a refuge away from the buzzling city life. It has wonderful lanscapes picture perect sceneries and refreshing ambience that would surely make your visit enchanting.

a

HOW TO GET THERE : After a long rocky road from the gate of Dn Bosco- Churh on the hill; go straight until you see the sign. Just follow the road and it will lead you directly to the Churchs' entrance

Amidst the rocky road, you'll see lucious greens around you that make the trip worthwhile...

The staircase that's shape as a uterus reminds the visitor about the importance of mother hood

Enjoying the view at the rooftop Terraza..

The Altar. ( There was a wedding taking place when we visited the place, I think this couple made a good choice getting this place!)

Here's what I love most about this place, a peaceful hideaway with great art masterpieces combined

ANd you think I would leave Tagaytay without rewarding myself with good food? Definitely NOT!

Next Stop, The Cliff House along Tagaytay's main road. Entrance is pretty small compared to other custer of Restos along the area so I suggest you stroll along the road carefully so as not to miss the place. If you're from Tagytay Rotonda goint to Batangas, Cliff House will be on your right side. Here's a peek of some Restaurants inside ...

The view deck..

The famous volcano in the Lake, or is it a lake within the volcano? Whatever it is, Taal would always be one of Tagaytay's prime spot bith for local and foreign tourist alike.

My friends, waiting for our seat inside the Reataurant ..

My treasured pals posing crazy as we admire the view of Taal Lake...

To end our Tgaytay trip, we head to a Coffe shop/ Snack bar before going back to Manila. Going back, passing through Santa Rosa exit, we decided to try this new place called the Tgaytay Econo inn. As same says, It's actually an inn wherein you can stay if you decide to extend your trip overnight. Place is neat and Price is affordable starting from Php2500 per night. I'm not really sure what's included in this package but seems to be pretty reasonable. The lobby cafe has good food and I can say for the price of their pasta meals, taste is really good!

The Entrace to the Inn serves as a view deck and an outdoor Coffe place. Too bad we weren't able to stay here since it was too cold and windy at that time.

From my freinds Amalie's smile, Can you say food is okay?

To wrap it alls, My tagaytay experience as always pleasurable! It is something I would never get tired of visitng over and over again. And of course, there's never a bad travel if you share it with good friends! Until then, See you again Tagaytay!

My Photo portal to Singapore

I know, I know, It's late for me to post this now for it's been a while since I've been to this place... but as the famous saying goes.. . ( all together now :) Better late than never. Hek! Hek! Hek!

And so now after all that has been said, Here's some nice shots, places to visit and thing to do in my visit to Singapore!

A glipmse of Sentosa Island - Singapore's finest recreation place. Beach, mall, amusement park, Thrill rides, bird park and good food in one stop!

Here's the most famous Singapore icon - The Merlion is a the mythical half-lion half-fish creature

Entrance to the Bird park

From this Tower, you can see the whole Sentosa Island and on a not-so cloudy day, you can even see the city!

The colorful cable cars...

Underwaterworld park - A Walk in aquarium... For me, this is better than the one in Ocean park HK

Still in the underwater world...

Singapore Cinemania...

This park wouldn't be as nice without a Dolphin show!!!

One of the best fountain light show I've seen so far... ( You can also catch a fountain light show in the Suntec City Mall, I think they have it everynight around 8 PM, to get the best view, I suggest you sit anywhere among the coffee shops surrounding the fountain )

Do you know that singaporeans are fond of monkeys? You need to Watch this show to find out why...

UP NEXT: SINGAPORE CITY!

Sorry no pictures inside the zoo.. It my camera isn't good enough to capture the animals in the dark. But I do recommend you to go visit the Singapore Night Safari. It's a unique experience tourist need to try! IF I were to rate it,,5 Stars being the highest, it would be four.

Having fun at the SM Mall of Asia ESPLANADE

How else to better end the year but by spending it with your friends! Rekindling HS life has never been this much fun... To all ya'h HS friends I thank you for the friendship! Mwah!
